Origami sculpture

Just the other day we came across this kinetic origami sculpture by Richard Dawson and Jacqui Symons for Nexus Art Cafe in Manchester. We thought it was very original so we decided to show it to you today.
The sculpture is formed by hundreds of origami boxes suspended in the air. All the little origami boxes are made using found or second-hand paper creating a colourful and interesting paper sculpture.
If you didn’t know what to do with your old magazines, this might be a great option for you. Not only will it look great but it will also help you recycle!
Please visit the Jacqui Symonds website or the Jacqui Symonds Flickr site for more information.
